TAKE ME TO THE MOUNTAIN

DOWNLOAD

For many visitors to Tasmania, Cradle Mountain is one of their key destinations, and why not – it’s absolutely beautiful! If you’re travelling to ‘Cradle’ there are a number of routes you can take and we’d suggest (weather permitting) you take a loop so that you can experience as many Tasting Trail places as possible during your trip. One way is via Burnie, travelling down the West Coast on the Murchison Highway, and the other options will bring you out near Forth/Devonport, Sheffield or even Mole Creek.

Cradle Mountain Hotel and Peppers Cradle Mountain Lodge both have superb restaurants featuring Tasmanian produce but you may want to stock up on Taste Trail nibbles for the journey and late night snacks of course.
